Additional Tips and Information
Which day to come?
If you’re still undecided on which day to attend the Festival, make it simple and come on all three days!
Festival Grounds
The Festival opens at 3:00 p.m. on Friday and at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Bootleg Merchandise
If you plan to purchase any West Oak Lane Jazz & Arts Festival souvenir merchandise, be sure to make your purchase only at an Official Festival Souvenir booth. Bootleggers may roam the Festival grounds selling inferior bootleg or counterfeit merchandise, so by purchasing from them, you are doing so at your own risk.
Weather
The Festival will go on as scheduled come rain or shine.
Smoking
Smoking is NOT permitted in any of the stage seating areas or food court.
Children
Children are welcome and are the responsibility of their parents or guardians bringing them to the Festival.
Special Seating Areas
There will be designated seating areas at the Main Stage for sponsors and other dignitaries. If you do not have identification as such, you may be asked to relocate.
Drinking and Driving
Drive safely and, no matter what, don’t drink and drive. Better yet, take public transportation, just in case you decide to go out and experience Philadelphia’s restaurant scene and nightlife after the Festival.
Schedule Changes
The Festival’s talent lineup and schedule are subject to change without notice.
ENJOY THE FESTIVAL AND HAVE A GREAT TIME!
